The fabulous 4 bed, 5 bathroom detached villa utilises floor to ceiling windows wherever possible, & is ideally positioned to enjoy long days by the pool and beautiful sunsets in the evenings.
The Villa has been fully furnished to a high standard and has been tastefully decorated utilising local natural stone and marble, providing a fabulous fusion of contemporary and Mediterranean styles.
Villa Honu is fully air conditioned with WIFI internet access and is fitted with brand new bathrooms and a new fully fitted kitchen, offering all Bosch appliances including Dishwasher, Microwave, Oven-Hob, Fridge Freezer, Coffee machine, Washing machine, Iron, Toaster etc.

The villa is accessed from the gated entrance, via stairs to the side leading to the front door and pool/terrace area. The main door opens directly into a spacious and light open plan living area which is laid with quality marble floor tiles. The large lounge is fitted with a 50 inch LCD flat screen Smart television, Bluetooth speaker, L shaped sofa, lamp and coffee table. There is direct access to the pool and outside terraces.
There is a relaxed indoor dining area with a large wooden dining suite accommodating 8 for dinner, located within an open atrium allowing maximum sunlight, providing easy access to the outdoor dining area and kitchen.

The three double bedrooms have fantastic sea views

The villa benefits from two large double bedrooms on the first floor, with a further double bedroom on the rooftop, all with beautiful sea views plus a twin room situated on the ground floor.
All bedrooms are en-suite, including a bath tub with sea views, in the master bedroom. All bedrooms have bespoke wardrobes with shelves and storage space. The master bedroom benefits from a walk-in wardrobe, with vanity units in all double bedrooms. There are USB charging points in each bedroom. Bath & pool towels are available and all double rooms have a hair dryer tucked away in a drawer.

The Hallway provides galleried views out to sea, whilst the stairs continue providing access to the third double bedroom and private roof terrace which has spectacular panoramic views of the bay and surrounding mountains. An excellent spot to enjoy a ‘Sundowner’ watching Kalamar’s amazing sunset across the sea as it dips behind the mountains.

The environmentally friendly salt water infinity pool is healthier for skin and clothes.
A saltwater pool provides a smoother, softer feeling water, which is also kinder and gentler on the body and clothing. There is no chlorine smell and no more red eyes and itchy skin.

The walk-in pool has an adjoining baby/Sun bed pool and offers wonderful sea and mountain views. Sun beds and Parasols are provided around the pool. A cold water shower is also found on the terrace.

A Mediterranean style, stone outdoor kitchen with pizza oven and separate BBQ/grill is provided in the Al fresco dining area.

There is an expansive outdoor living space with dining table and chairs for 8 persons provided for Al Fresco dining positioned under a shady pagoda.
There is also a further relaxing seating area with sofa, with views of the sea and mountains.
The surrounding gardens allow for sun and shade for relaxing in between Lemon, Orange and Olive trees.

Below the villa is a Games room and Gym.

A Multi gym and treadmill are provided for daily work outs, with en-suite bathroom and shower facilities easily at hand.
The Games room also benefits from a Pool table and Ottoman seating area plus an entertainment area with a 55 inch LCD Smart TV & comfortable sofa, that can be turned into a bed.
Internet and air conditioning is provided.

On the spacious roof terrace sits the Jacuzzi,
Offering the chance to enjoy the wonderful summer evenings in a relaxing Spa tub with a glass of wine, whilst taking in the amazing Turkish atmospheric nights and stunning sunsets that are special to Kalamar.

There is also a seating area on the rooftop with comfortable outdoor furniture. Perfect for chilling out, switching off & gazing out to sea.
